I, for one, have never seen Monk. Seriously, I don't watch TV anymore, just my dusty old movies!
i can't believe people would watch such bad movies

i always wanted to be Mr Dark when i was a kid... man he was moody!
not as moody as that fiend who made this thread. man is he a manic schizoid!
For giggles I watched the 1931 Dracula with Bela Lugosi...I was surprised how silly the movie was and how close some scenes were to the parody scenes Mel Brooks did in 'Dracula, Dead and Loving it."...Like when Renfield pricked his finger and Dracual got a stiffy from seeing the blood.
And it's NOT Halloween until the New Simpsons Treehouse of Horror episode.
So Halloween falls on Nov. 7 this year!

S-n-B, yes, some of the older films can seem tame or even silly to us now, but you have to really try to put yourself in the mindset of their time...they are still great films, if you know how to appreciate them. Still, much as I love The Bride of Frankenstein, everytime they show the tiny people in the jars I am thinking "WTF?"

And as a compliment to the Sleepy Hollow film I recommend:
Of course my biggest figure heartbreak.
Why Rotting Rubber Todd??...WHY?????

I have that book! Heh. Its worth it for the pics, but the un-edited script is also a great read.
Yep, It's a good book!
I agree the pics alone make the price worth it!
The un-edited script is frosting on the cake.
